Heptyx Terms of Use

1. What Heptyx is. Heptyx offers reflection and ritual content based on biorhythm, numerology, chakra traditions and crystal lore. Calculations follow the published methods shown under "How is this calculated?". Biorhythm and numerology are traditions, not science; nothing in the app is a prediction, a guarantee or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Heptyx.
3. Your account. Heptyx creates an anonymous account after you consent. You can delete it at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Premium subscriptions. Premium is offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. The price, period and any free trial are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation (or when the trial ends). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Fair use. Crystal scanning is limited to 3 scans in total on the free plan and 30 scans per day on Premium. Do not misuse the service (for example automated requests, reverse engineering the API, or uploading unlawful content).
6. Content and safety. Crystal care information comes from the cited sources; follow the care notes for each stone. Heptyx is not responsible for decisions you make based on the app.
7. Intellectual property. The app, its texts and design belong to Gökberk Batuhan Demirbaş. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Apple. If you downloaded Heptyx from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
10. Changes and law. We may update these terms and will show the new effective date. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection of your country.
