Delete your Heptyx data

In the app (fastest): Settings → Delete my data. This removes everything on your phone, cancels reminders, clears widgets and deletes your anonymous account on our server, together with your scan counts, subscription record, rhythm matches, open invites and your encrypted birth date if you had shared it for rhythm match.

Without the app: write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". The account is anonymous, so we can find it only through a purchase: if you subscribed, send the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt, and we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. If you never subscribed, the account holds no name or contact details and we cannot tell which one is yours.

What is kept: past usage events only as daily totals with no link to you (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.
